After graduating from the University of North Texas as an electronics engineer in 2001, securing a great job, and marrying the girl of his dreams, Trinity had a radical encounter with God that completely changed the direction of his life. Throughout his years of ministry experience, Trinity has served in several roles. Ministry began for him in 2007 where he helped to lead worship at Calvary Chapel in Fort Worth. During his 4 years at Calvary, Trinity also co-led the singles ministry and helped launch an apartment church as the worship leader and occasional teaching pastor. After his time at Calvary Chapel, Trinity became the youth pastor for The Creek Church in north Fort Worth. In His 6 years at The Creek, Trinity's role transitioned from youth pastor to family pastor, and finally to the adult pastor role. Trinity has served as the lead pastor of Pursuit since he and his wife Cindy launched the church in March of 2017. His passions involve leading people into a fullness of their relationship with Christ, equipping people to share their faith, and helping people further their understanding of the Bible. In his time off he also enjoys trying to perfect his BBQ recipes and spending time with his wife and two daughters (Alison and Lilly).

Children's Director
Cindy graduated from Central Washington University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in education and a teaching certification for early childhood and elementary. In 2007 she began serving at Calvary Chapel Fort Worth as a preschool teacher. Cindy also helped her husband Trinity host a small group for the singles ministry in their home and also taught the children at an apartment church plant. After her time at Calvary, Cindy served at The Creek Church in north Fort Worth as a pre-k teacher and in 2013 became the nursery and Pre-k Director. Cindy has been serving as the Children's Director at Pursuit since the church launched in March of 2017.

Mark Wood
Elder / Pastor of Missions
Mark, his wife Amy, and their three teenage kids joined Pursuit in 2019, and in 2020 Mark became an elder/pastor at the church bringing many years of pastoral ministry experience with him. Mark graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2003 and he also received a BA from Hardin Simmons University. Before coming to Pursuit, he and his family spent several years as missionaries in South Asia where they focused on training and equipping believers. Throughout the years his other roles have included being a Missions Pastor at Field Street Baptist Church, the lead pastor at First Southern Baptist in North Edwards, CA, and he also served on staff at Mission Arlington.

John Beardsley
Tech Director
John has been helping with tech since he was a youth at The Creek Church in 2013. He also served with Youth as a Small Group Leader at The Creek once he graduated. John has been overseeing the Tech Team at Pursuit since 2020 as well as helping in the Children's Ministry. He also leads an online Bible Study every Tuesday with a group of friends. John recently became engaged to his long-time friend Kerri Houston and plans to be married in late 2022. He is working on pursuing a career in counseling. He enjoys gaming, traveling, hiking and spending time with his family and friends.
